About the teacher: Jeanette Louise, an artist based in Charleston, SC, has been passionate about drawing and painting since she was a child. Growing up on James Island in the heart of the Lowcountry, she spent countless days outdoors, barefoot and exploring the natural beauty around her. This love of nature has always been at the center of her creative journey.

Jeanette is known for her versatility, creating artwork in a variety of styles and mediums. While her favorite subjects are often flowers, her work ranges from bold and stylistic to delicate and detailed, reflecting her ability to adapt her approach to each piece. Her art feels like an extension of her connection to the world around her—rooted in nature, yet endlessly imaginative.
